- Building and Scaling APIs: Designing and building the APIs and microservices that power core customer experiences across Atlassian's product suite.
- Build and architect distributed systems
- Owning the Lifecycle: Driving complex projects autonomously, taking them all the way from initial technical design and architecture to launch and post-launch maintenance.
- Architecture & Problem Solving: Solving complex architectural challenges, defining architectural standards, and evaluating trade-offs between performance, robustness, and space/time complexity.
- Infrastructure & Reliability: Configuring monitoring and telemetry for backend services, building CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring that features are built with high reliability and fault tolerance in mind.
