What You’ll Do

  • Build and scale our AI agent platform, backend services, and internal tooling

  • Design and develop APIs and deep integrations with platforms like ServiceTitan

  • Own full product features end-to-end—from idea and design to production and iteration

  • Improve agent intelligence, reliability, and real-time voice performance

  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to ship high-impact features

  • Help evolve our infrastructure as we scale usage, customers, and revenue

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in backend or full-stack software engineering

  • Strong engineering fundamentals and product intuition

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments

  • Experience building and operating production systems and APIs

  • Ownership mindset—you care deeply about what you ship and how it performs
