Communication, Collaboration, and Culture

  • Identify, report, and rectify any perceived problems or organizational risks

People and Organization

  • Create a psychologically safe environment and provide support and motivation to the team

  • Proactively check in with team members to ensure that their performance is good and their needs are met

  • Manage performance within the direct team and set a high-performance bar with guardrails

  • Proactively resolve interpersonal conflicts within the team

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in software development

  • 3+ years of people management experience in a startup environment

  • Track record of successfully shipping products

The Team

We're a driven team, who've helped build some incredible companies (Tesla, Waymo, Google, Meta, Amazon, Dropbox, Airbnb and many more). And now we're tackling an exciting problem space ripe for disruption.

Our team is small, but our ambitions are big. So we only hire the absolute best and try to learn every day while having a lot of fun.
