The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and expertise
Intermediate: Under minimal direction, provides specialized expertise within multiple systems, software disciplines, as well as general knowledge of related disciplines, and applications implications. Responsible for performing in-depth analysis and technical support of systems software products, including complex problem resolution, design, development, testing, operational integration, and user support. Assists in the planning and conversion for new hardware/software products. Maintains currency, debugs and configures related software products. Provides operating systems planning and evaluation for performance analysis, capacity planning and hardware upgrades. Works from specifications to develop or modify operating systems applications. Assists with design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging and documentation of programs. Interfaces with other system support groups to resolve problems, setting standards and improving overall efficiency of the operating system. Prepares product documentation. Interfaces with customers to gather information on system requirements or problems.
Minimum Experience:
•    Eight (8) years relevant experience with systems engineering and software development.
•    Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.\
•    Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools. 
•    Developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models, experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment
•    Experience in Agile and hybrid low-code application development.

Required Skills:
•    Certification: Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
•    Education: BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
•    Investigative Requirement: Secret clearance.
•    8570/8140: DoW Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I
•    Computing Environment: AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate or Certified MuleSoft Associate Certification within 3 months after onboarding start date.
Remote Work Environment:
This position is performed in a 100% remote, collaborative environment supporting government development activities. The employee will work closely with Task Order Project Manager, Requirements Analysts, Scrum Master, Developers, Testers, and Government stakeholders through virtual meetings and Agile ceremonies. Employees must maintain a secure remote workspace, use government-approved systems and security controls, and comply with all cybersecurity and data protection requirements, including Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Regular availability during standard business hours is required to support team collaboration, customer meetings, and project deliverables.
