About the Role:

The Solution Architect supporting the MSSP/MSP (Managed Security/Software Service Provider) Partners is a partner-focused technical expert who applies deep security expertise to support, enable, and grow CrowdStrike's Strategic Global MSSP/MSP Partner ecosystem. This role is critical to expanding CrowdStrike's footprint within the managed services market by landing new MSSP partnerships and accelerating growth within existing ones.
You will be expected to contribute to technical aspects of partner solutions and participate in strategic alliance-based initiatives and programs relating to technical architecture, solution delivery, partner execution, partner training, and enablement — while also working internally to represent the needs of the Solution Architecture & Alliances organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of deep technical knowledge and business acumen specifically within the managed security services marketplace.
What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary technical partner advocate for MSSP/MSP relationships — driving both thelanding of net-new MSSP partnershipsand theexpansion of existing partner relationshipsthrough technical depth, enablement, and solution alignment

  • Identify and pursue opportunities torecruit new MSSPsinto the CrowdStrike partner ecosystem by articulating the technical and business value of building managed service offerings on the Falcon platform

  • Work closely with MSSP Partners, their Solution Architects, and Sales Engineers todevelop and operationalize CrowdStrike-powered managed service offerings, enabling partners to bring differentiated security services to market faster

  • Collaborate with MSSP partners todesign scalable, multi-tenant architecturesthat align with their service delivery models, operational workflows, and go-to-market strategies

  • Apply CrowdStrike products and services to solve end-customer problems through our MSSP partners, ensuring partners can effectively position, demonstrate, and deliver CrowdStrike-based solutions

  • Support MSSP partners inbuilding and refining their workflows, playbooks, and automation capabilities leveraging CrowdStrike's platform — including API integrations, data ingestion pipelines, AI, and SIEM/SOAR connectivity

  • Work with team leaders to deliver and execute technology strategies that meet strategic corporate and partner needs, both present and future, with a specific lens onMSSP scalability and service monetization

  • Develop and promotepartner and client self-service solutionsthat reduce friction in onboarding, deployment, and ongoing management for MSSP customers

  • Develop comprehensivetechnical enablement planstailored to MSSP operational teams — including SOC analysts, threat hunters, incident responders, agentic AI, and partner SEs — ensuring partners are fully equipped to sell, deliver, and support CrowdStrike solutions

  • Work with other Solution Architects to build out and grow SA process standards for MSSPs, GSIs, System Integrators, and other partner channels

  • Assist withpartner demo environments and proof-of-concept engagements, ensuring MSSP partners have the necessary training, tooling, and technology to effectively demonstrate CrowdStrike capabilities to prospects and existing customers

  • Dive into complex technical challenges and drive sustainable solutions for partner growth — including installations, troubleshooting, integration support, and product training

  • Act as the interface between multiple internal CrowdStrike teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Channel) to resolve partner issues and advocate for MSSP-specific platform needs and feature requirements

  • Provide regularreporting and feedback on partner field activities, pipeline influence, technical blockers, and enablement gaps to internal stakeholders

  • Participate in and represent CrowdStrike at events such as security conferences, MSSP-focused summits, lunch & learns, and partner-sponsored events

What You'll Need:
 

  • Significant technical capability and experience in modern security platforms, with a strong understanding of how MSSPs architect, deliver, and scale managed security services

  • Knowledge in one or more of the following areas:Cloud Security, Endpoint Defense, Agentic AI Deployments, Modern Malware Lifecycle, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident Response, Endpoint Management, Identity Protection, and Operating System Architecture

  • Experience in a security-focusedSolution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales/technical role, ideally with direct exposure to MSSP or managed services environments

  • Demonstrated experience inlanding and expanding technology partnerships, including recruiting new partners and growing revenue within existing partner relationships

  • Familiarity withMSSP business models, including multi-tenancy, white-labeling, service packaging, and consumption-based licensing structures

  • Prior experience with data consumption capabilities includingAPIs, scripting, and data exchange formats— with an understanding of how MSSPs leverage these for automation and integration

  • Business development experience in aconsulting, services, or channel/partner environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including senior executives at MSSP partner organizations and their end customers

  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationallyup to 40%

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Preferred

  • Scripting experience inPowerShell, Bash, Python, and/or VBScript

  • Experience working withSIEM, SOAR, or XDR platformsin an MSSP context

  • Familiarity withmulti-tenant security platform managementand MSSP operational tooling

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $100,000 - $140,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
