We are looking for a Solution Architect with hands-on Communication Services (CS Core and IMS) experience to join our team. In this delivery-focused role, you will manage end-to-end delivery of Ericsson Communication Services solutions while translating customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals - contributing directly to profitable business outcomes for Ericsson.
What you will do:
• Undertake product deployment and configuration of Communication Services products• Prepare and execute system tests, module tests, and acceptance tests• Work with business partners to identify and drive improvements in delivery processes• Collaborate with the team to resolve technical product delivery issues• Maintain and update solution documentation• Provide feedback to R&D on possible portfolio enhancements• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing• Stay abreast of new technologies and share solution insights to enable customer competence building
The skills you bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science• 5-10 years of relevant experience• Proven experience in the delivery and implementation of cloud infrastructure or software virtualization• CS Core Portfolio Knowledge: MSC-S, MGW, CTC• IMS Portfolio Knowledge: MTAS, CSCF, SBC, MRF, DNS, ENUM• Knowledge of Cloud / NFVI technology• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Business acumen with the ability to work effectively across teams and networks• Ability to innovate, adapt, and respond to change• Results-driven with strong planning and organizing skills• Additional programming skills are a plus
