If so, this role is for you. We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to lead the design, validation, and presentation of advanced display, digital signage, and system integration solutions for enterprise and commercial customers.

In this highly visible role, you’ll partner with sales, product, and integration partners to bring cutting-edge visual solutions to life.


The Opportunity:  (REMOTE - West Coast, Southern California preferred) 

Join out team in Powering the Next Generation of Display Technology.  As a Solution Engineer II on our fast-paced B2B Solutions Technical Sales Team, you’ll be the technical force behind some of the most innovative visual experiences in the market. You’ll work side-by-side with sales teams, integration partners, and customers to turn big ideas into bold, real-world installations across corporate boardrooms, control centers, universities, and event stages.

As a Solution Engineer you will;

  • Be the tech powerhouse for your assigned region attending key sales meetings, answering high-stakes technical questions, and designing solutions that wow.
  • Own the pre- and post-sales experience, from solution design to seamless implementation.
  • Command the room as a subject matter expert during product demos, pre-sales meetings, and head-to-head solution comparisons.
  • Collaborate with LG sales, operations, and customer support teams to deliver flawless customer experiences.
  • Bring LG technology to life at trade shows, partner events, and live demos handling setup, teardown, and direct customer engagement.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to ensure customer facilities are ready for world-class installations.
  • Capture and deliver Voice of Customer (VOC) insights that help shape the next generation of LG products.
  • Provide hands-on training and consultation for our integration partners.
  • Offer high-impact technical support that builds lasting customer trust.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–8 years of experience in solutions engineering, systems integration, or technical sales in commercial AV, IT, or display technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of display technologies, DVLED, content management systems, networking principles, and control systems.
  • Broadcasting, virtual production, and strong understanding of color space (e.g., SDR/HDR, Rec.709, Rec.2020, PQ, HLG) and how it impacts content workflows and display performance. Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent project management, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Certifications such as AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I, or manufacturer-specific credentials are highly desirable.

Recruiting Range
$90,000$115,000 USD
