Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.
Global Sales Center of Excellence Lead, Teamwork Collection (Mid-Market)
As the Global Sales Lead for the Teamwork Collection (TWC) in Mid-Market, you will serve as the dedicated global owner driving sales performance, strategic execution, and revenue growth across Atlassian's largest customer and seller segment. Reporting directly to the Global Head of TWC Sales, you will sit at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, cross-functional orchestration, and revenue delivery. In this high-impact leadership role, you will design and implement the global operating plan, build repeatable strategic sales plays, and partner across Sales Leadership, SDR, Channel, Demand Generation, Product, and Marketing to maximize pipeline creation, accelerate deal velocity, and capture key market expansion opportunities.
We are seeking a senior, metrics-driven go-to-market leader who thrives in dynamic environments, leads through influence across matrixed teams, and excels at translating complex platform and AI value propositions into clear, scalable sales execution. You will be instrumental in scaling field readiness and seller onboarding, equipping core account executives and sales managers to effectively position modern collaboration solutions without relying on specialist overlays. If you possess a proven track record of orchestrating enterprise SaaS sales motions, establishing rigorous inspection rhythms, and bridging strategy into measurable field success, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of teamwork at global scale.
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. We follow consistent hiring practices and account for each candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience when setting base pay within the range.
