  • Gather client feedback, identify trends, and share insights to influence product roadmaps and drive tech evolution.

Qualifications:

  • You have significant experience working with enterprises on cloud infrastructure products.
  • You’ve worked with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) from a dev/ops perspective.
  • You have advanced technical skills and can troubleshoot complex problems while designing and implementing custom solutions.
  • You’re an excellent communicator, able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and work well with cross-functional teams.
  • You’re willing to travel up to 30% within the US.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a passionate and innovative team driving change in the cloud backup space.
  • Opportunity for professional growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
