As a Solutions Consultant, you'll bridge sales, product, and customer success, guiding enterprise clients in leveraging Profound's AI platform to meet their needs through solution design, demos, and strategy.
The summary above was generated by AI

Profound is the fastest-growing AI marketing platform, used by 15% of the Fortune 500 including Comcast, Estée Lauder, and Walmart, and innovators like Ramp, MongoDB, and Figma. It is where marketing teams do the work: research, briefs, content, campaigns, reporting, all in one place, alongside agents that carry the load with them.

Built on 2B+ real user prompts and growing, Profound’s data shows you what people ask AI and what the models say back. Profound's AI Marketer joins that data with deep context about our customers to find the opportunities worth acting on, and then puts agents to work: automating reporting, drafting content, auditing pages for readability, running competitive research. It measures what works and gets better every day.

As a Solutions Consultant at Profound, you will sit at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success, helping enterprise prospects and customers understand the value of Profound’s platform and how it can be tailored to their needs. You will own the technical and strategic side of the pre-sales process, translating customer goals into scalable solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

What you’ll do
  • Partner with the Sales team to support discovery calls, demos, and RFPs, articulating Profound’s technical capabilities and strategic value to enterprise prospects

  • Lead custom solution design by mapping customer use cases to platform features, integrations, and data models to ensure a seamless fit

  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations that clearly show how Profound helps brands improve visibility across AI-driven platforms

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope custom implementations, integrations, and data requirements for strategic accounts

  • Develop and refine proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate ROI and accelerate deal cycles

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, solution playbooks, and demo environments to support repeatability and scale

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams, connecting technical depth with marketing and AI strategy

  • Gather market and customer feedback to help inform product roadmap priorities and go-to-market enablement

Who you are
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a solutions consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales role within B2B SaaS, preferably in marketing technology, data analytics, or AI

  • Strong technical fluency and comfort discussing APIs, integrations, data models, and workflows with both business and technical audiences

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives

  • Deep curiosity about AI, search, and how brands show up in generative experiences

  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams

  • Analytical mindset with skill in identifying customer needs and translating them into measurable business value

  • Experience with AI tools, SEO or search platforms, or data visualization systems
