The role
As a Solutions Engineer at Encord, you will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and provide technical inputs to the engineering team. You will be a focal point between the commercial and technical teams, supporting the full customer lifecycle with your technical expertise — from onboarding through to dealmaking.
What you'll do
- Support technical customer onboarding, including running technical sessions and importing/exporting data and labels into and out of our platform
- Build scripts and tools to quickly respond to pressing customer feature requests, and support the product and engineering team in converting these into production-grade platform features
- Serve as the face of our engineering team with customers and prospects
- Work alongside commercial teams throughout the entire customer lifecycle and support dealmaking with your technical knowledge
- Collaborate with the Sales & ML team to prepare and set up product demos
Who we're looking for

Experience requirements
- 1-5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of Python SDKs, APIs, SQL, and cloud integrations
- Ability to estimate the scope of bug fixes and debug code based on stack traces and customer-reported issues
- Previous experience in a fast-paced B2B start-up is a plus
