Own client pilots for an agentic AI platform that reviews construction documents. Scope use cases, configure AI workflows, present results to reviewers, design solutions for product gaps, and translate client needs into product requirements. The role requires experience in architecture, structural, mechanical, or electrical engineering, owner/developer organizations, or AECO startups, along with frequent use of AI tools and workflow-building experience.

AI Solutions Engineer (Founding Role) | TwinKnowledge
[NYC / Hybrid] · [$90k - $130k + equity]

TwinKnowledge is building frontier agentic AI systems that perform critical QA/QC on construction documents: drawing sets, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals. We're a Series A team backed by Camber Creek and Greatwave Ventures, and we're piloting with global contractors, developers, and public owners such as the Port Authority and Marriott International across the US, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. You'll be supporting projects on skylines and transit maps worldwide

You'll be our first AI Solutions Engineer, the person who turns a client's hardest review problem into a working AI workflow.

What you'll do

  • Own the success of pilots with major firms and owners, from scoping use cases to configuring agent workflows to putting results in front of the reviewers who'll judge them.
  • Design solutions from our current and near-future product for requests that don't fit neatly into either.
  • Act as the client's voice inside our product team. You'll translate what a senior engineer actually needs into something our engineers can build.
  • Keep pace with applied AI and help clients use it well.

Who you are
You've done the work our product reviews, and you've seen what AI can do with it. You have at least one of the following:

  • 2–5 years as an architect; a structural, mechanical, or electrical engineer; or on the owner/developer side
  • 2+ years at an AECO startup, any stage

You also use AI tools every day. If you've built your own workflows, Skills, or tools, show us. That's the clearest signal you'll thrive here.

Why this role
You'll define and own your role, not inherit it. You'll work directly with the product team and with clients whose projects are on skylines and transit maps worldwide.
