The Solutions Engineer will bridge prospects and internal teams, leading demonstrations and managing technical evaluations, translating complex AI workflows into business outcomes.
About Charta Health
In an industry where the focus should rightly be on delivering quality care to patients, healthcare providers remain burdened by the complexities of non-clinical operations. Charta is changing that.
We're building the operating system for modern healthcare organizations. Our AI platform streamlines critical workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions, helping providers and payers operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care. Backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Charta is on a mission to make every healthcare dollar accountable and every chart accurate, reimagining healthcare infrastructure from the ground up.
About the Opportunity
At Charta, we prioritize results compared to methods used to achieve those results. As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between prospects, customers, and internal product teams. You’ll lead product demonstrations, manage technical evaluations, answer complex workflow and integration questions, and ensure prospects feel confident in both the technology and its real-world impact.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, healthcare operations, and sales—someone who can translate complex AI-driven workflows into clear business outcomes for revenue cycle, clinical, and administrative leaders.
You'd be a great fit, if you have:
- 4-8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical pre-sales.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare informatics, computer science or a related field.
- A willingness to come onsite 5 days a week at the Charta Health Headquarters in San Francisco, CA (preferred).
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and more
- Team dinners and snacks in the office to keep you at your best
- Growth opportunities in a fast-paced, innovative tech startup
- Ongoing professional development and access to cutting-edge AI and healthcare tools
- Wellness & learning stipends so you can invest in both your health and personal growth
- Lively in-person (5 days per week) work culture at our headquarters in downtown San Francisco
- $80,000-150,000 base and $160,000-300,000 USD OTE, based on experience + equity + benefits
