About Coframe

"You guys are insane." -- OpenAI Team

"Coframe makes you feel like you have a team of 100 people." -- Replit Team

At Coframe, we are building the world's first AI Growth Engineer. We envision a future where user interfaces aren't static code, but living organisms that adapt, evolve, and personalize themselves in real time. We're looking for Solutions Engineers for our CRO product line who have worked on web surfaces for go-to-market, growth, or conversion optimization teams or agencies.

Why Coframe:

  • Elite Team: Our founder previously co-founded a unicorn with Tom Brady and guest lectures AI at Stanford. Our researchers created some of the world's most popular open-source code generation projects.

  • Already Crushing It: Growing at 120% QoQ, our AI Agents autonomously design, code, and deploy A/B tests, Landing Pages, and Personalization experiences, 10x faster than traditional methods. We've driven $200M+ in revenue for customers like Dropbox, Replit, and Intuit in the last 6 months.

  • Top VCs: Backed by Khosla Ventures, Nat Friedman (former GitHub CEO), and Rich Miner (Android co-founder). Join before our Series A.

  • OpenAI: The only martech company officially partnered with OpenAI, co-training a model specifically for our use case.

What You'll Do:

  • Own Technical Onboarding: Lead end-to-end integration of Coframe across customer websites, working directly with client engineering teams.

  • Build and Deploy Test Variants: Design, code, and deploy A/B test variants using our Mark-1 platform. You write the code, not just the brief.

  • Diagnose and Debug: Troubleshoot integration issues, QA test implementations, and ensure experiments run cleanly across browsers, devices, and tech stacks.

  • Own Analytics Integrations: Instrument and validate pipelines across GA4, Segment, Amplitude, and custom data layers.

  • Be the Technical Bridge: Translate between business goals and technical requirements for both client developers and Coframe's internal engineering team.

  • Manage a Portfolio of Accounts: Keep multiple enterprise client workstreams on track simultaneously.

You May Be a Fit If:

  • 3+ years in a technical client-facing role: solutions engineering, technical account management, implementation engineering, or similar.

  • Strong Front-End Chops: Comfortable writing and debugging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You can build a test variant from scratch and know why it broke.

  • Analytically Wired: Experienced with GA4, Segment, Amplitude, or Heap and understand how data flows from browser event to dashboard.

  • Sharp Debugger: At home in dev tools, can read a network request, and don't stop until you've found the root cause.

  • Multi-Account Operator: You manage competing priorities across multiple client engagements without losing quality.

  • Bonus: You know what "SSR with tight LCP budget, optimizing PDP for AOV with MAB" means.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Optimizely, VWO, LaunchDarkly, or similar experimentation platforms.

  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or Tealium.

  • Exposure to Shopify or SaaS product environments.

  • Excited about AI-powered experimentation and autonomous agents.

Compensation

Base: $100,000 - $170,000

Equity: Meaningful early-stage equity.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and expertise.

Benefits:

  • Flexible (Unlimited) Paid Time Off

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision for you and your family

  • 401k with match

  • Daily in-office meals

  • Wellness benefit and gym membership
