About the Role
We’re looking for a Sourcing Analyst to fuel Titan’s acquisition engine by building and managing a high-quality pipeline of potential MSP targets. You’ll be responsible for mapping markets, identifying and qualifying acquisition opportunities, and engaging with owners to start the conversation. This role is foundational to our growth strategy and offers direct exposure to the M&A team, leadership, and investors.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and map the MSP and IT services market to identify acquisition targets.

  • Build, manage, and maintain Titan’s deal sourcing pipeline and CRM.

  • Conduct company-level analysis on size, service offerings, location, and financial potential.

  • Initiate contact with potential targets via email, phone, and networking channels.

  • Qualify opportunities based on strategic fit, market position, and deal feasibility.

  • Support M&A Associate and leadership with market intel and target lists.

  • Track outreach metrics, deal progression, and conversion rates.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sourcing, investment banking, private equity, or lead generation.

  • Strong research skills and ability to synthesize market and company data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable initiating cold outreach.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple sourcing campaigns simultaneously.

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Bonus: experience in IT services, SaaS, or acquisition-driven growth environments.
