Gong is a category-defining, high-growth SaaS company, and we’re looking for a Sourcing Manager who thrives in scale, speed, and complexity. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end sourcing and procurement for our Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support) organizations—teams that are growing fast and operating globally.

This is a hands-on, highly visible role for someone who loves building structure in a dynamic environment, navigating ambiguity, and partnering closely with fast-moving business leaders. You’ll operate at the intersection of finance, legal, security, and GTM leadership, helping Gong grow efficiently while moving quickly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own GTM Sourcing at Scale

  • Lead the full sourcing lifecycle for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support spend—from supplier selection through contract execution.
  • Support high-velocity needs across digital marketing, advertising, events, and sales enablement.

Drive Deals Forward

  • Act as the quarterback for assigned deals, coordinating closely with Legal, Security, Finance, Business Owners, and vendors to keep momentum and close efficiently.

Negotiate & Structure Commercial Agreements

  • Partner with Finance Business Partners, Legal, and Information Security to negotiate pricing, SLAs, SOWs, and commercial terms that scale with the business.

Build and Manage Strategic Vendor Relationships

  • Own supplier performance management, business reviews, and ongoing relationship strategy with key vendors.

Ensure Financial Discipline

  • Maintain accurate cost tracking, contract compliance, and smooth approval and payment workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Optimize for Growth and Efficiency

  • Identify cost-savings opportunities and drive smarter sourcing decisions without slowing the business down.

Influence & Advise Senior Stakeholders

  • Become a trusted partner to GTM leaders, shaping sourcing strategy and supporting planning for future growth.
  • Present data-driven recommendations, benchmarks, and ROI analyses to executive audiences.

Support Beyond Core Categories

  • Jump in to support additional procurement areas as needed in a lean, high-growth organization.
QUALIFICATIONS 
  • 7+ years of procurement experience, with deep expertise in Sales & Marketing sourcing.
  • A bias for action and comfort operating in a fast-changing, high-growth tech environment.
  • Proven experience negotiating contracts related to digital marketing, advertising spend, and event planning.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to align sourcing strategy with aggressive business goals.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $130,000 - $195,000 USD. 

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
