Responsibilities

Experienced in managing end-to-end sourcing for Professional Services, including strategy execution, RFx management, supplier selection, and contract negotiation. Strong capability in stakeholder collaboration, market research, and delivering sourcing initiatives from requirement gathering through contracting, ensuring value optimization, compliance, and timely execution.

  • Execute sourcing strategies for Professional Services categories (consulting, IT services, legal, staffing, BPO)
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing lifecycle from requirement gathering through contract execution
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define sourcing approach
  • Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify qualified vendors and gather intelligence
  • Develop and publish RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) in sourcing platforms
  • Drive supplier identification, selection, and evaluation, including scorecarding and due diligence
  • Analyze and document supplier responses to ensure completeness and alignment with requirements
  • Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, terms, service levels) to optimize cost and mitigate risk
  • Manage contracting process (MSA/SOW) in collaboration with legal, business, and suppliers
  • Coordinate contract finalization and execution ensuring compliance and governance alignment
  • Maintain and manage project plans / trackers for all sourcing initiatives
  • Ensure timely execution of sourcing events, NDA management, and contracting milestones
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule meetings, supplier presentations, and evaluation sessions
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders on sourcing progress
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, processes, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
  • MBA or relevant procurement certification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong expertise in Strategic Sourcing and Professional Services procurement
  • Experience in RFx execution, supplier evaluation, and negotiation
  • Solid understanding of MSA/SOW contracting and commercial models
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects with structured planning and tracking
  • Strong analytical skills for supplier assessment and decision-making
