Kikoff is looking for a Spanish-Speaking Creative Manager (Contract) to support our growing creative operations and ensure our Spanish-language assets are accurate, impactful, and culturally resonant. This is a contract role, up to 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to make a real impact on how millions of Spanish-speaking consumers experience Kikoff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Content Review: Review and vet marketing and company content for accuracy, and cultural resonance.
  • Brief Translations: Translate briefs into Spanish with sensitivity to tone and nuance; review and transcribe videos during production.
  • Websites: Track updates to Spanish-language pages of consumer-facing websites; edit or refine copy as needed.
  • Lifecycle Comms: Partner with our lifecycle team to build a scalable system for Spanish-language lifecycle communications. 
  • Develop Creative Assets: Update static visuals and translate ad copy, social content, and misc. creative into Spanish; ensure translations capture the intent and spirit of the original.
  • Cross-Team Support: Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain consistency and quality across all Spanish-language assets.
What We’re Looking For
  • Native fluency in Spanish and English, with a strong grasp of marketing language and cultural nuance.
  • Experience in creative operations, marketing, advertising, or content production.
  • A keen eye for detail in copy and visuals—especially how they land with Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Proficiency with creative tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) to make small updates to static assets.
  • Ability to balance fast turnaround needs with maintaining brand quality and consistency.

Hours: 10-20 hours a week (Flexible)
