Who we are About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The brand marketing team shapes how the Stripe brand is experienced around the world, translating brand strategy into campaigns, storytelling, and physical moments that build awareness and engagement. From global campaigns to on-the-ground activations, the team delivers memorable, measurable brand moments that deepen connection, strengthen affinity, and support Stripe’s broader business goals. This role sits on the Brand Activations team, which translates Stripe’s brand into physical experiences and environments that bring it to life.

What you’ll do

As an operations manager on the brand activations team, you will provide the operational and logistical backbone for the end-to-end execution of a complex brand environment. You are the "drumbeat" of the project—the person responsible for organizing every workstream, holding partners accountable to deadlines, and ensuring the final deliverable stays on-track and on-budget.

We are a lean team, so your scope will vary significantly—you will own the critical administrative and coordination tasks required to get the project over the line. We’re looking for a high-agency "doer" who obsesses over detail and thrives in keeping complex, fast-paced projects organized.

Responsibilities
  • Drive momentum: Attend all workstream calls and own the action items. We use AI for raw notes, but you are responsible for coordinating stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure nothing stalls.
  • Drive workstreams: Manage execution in partnership with the lead, from kickoff through completion—everything from sourcing vendor options and securing budget approvals to collaborating with internal teams.
  • Be on-site: Be on-site as needed to verify that our standards of craft and delivery are being met across all physical touchpoints.
  • Support team scaling: Manage the logistics of expanding project capacity, including vendor sourcing, partner onboarding, leveraging AI tools, and contractor coordination.
  • Draft weekly updates: Turn complex updates from across the project into clear, dense weekly notes for leadership. You possess the ability to turn project noise into actionable signal.
  • Financial & admin rigor: Maintain meticulous tracking of project investment and handle the critical administrative "finish line" tasks required to ensure the environment is fully operational.
Who you are

You are a highly organized, collaborative partner who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and makes the people around you more effective. You love creating thoughtful experiences and environments, with a commitment to high-touch, on-brand execution. You have a track record of taking broad goals, building a clear path forward, and keeping priorities, details, and communication moving with minimal friction

Minimum requirements
  • Experience creating brand environments: You have experience with the physical manifestation of a brand, from the initial layout to the final finishing details.
  • A "force multiplier" mentality: You are a super team player who thrives in a close-knit, collaborative environment and makes everyone around you more effective.
  • High agency track record: You have 5+ years of experience in roles that require exceptional organization and the ability to navigate ambiguity. Your former colleagues describe you as the person who "just gets it done."
  • Strong communication: You never let an action item drop and can distill complex updates into clear, actionable briefings for leadership.
  • Comfort with ambiguity: You are energized by the "build-as-you-go" nature of ambitious projects. You can take a vision that is 80% defined and drive it to 100% completion.
Preferred qualifications
  • Financial and administrative rigor: You have experience managing project budgets, navigating procurement workflows, and maintaining meticulous financial records.
  • Technical leverage: You are proficient at using AI and modern productivity tools to automate routine tasks and accelerate project delivery.
