Specialist, B2B Marketing
Overview
As a Specialist in CNPF (Commercial and New Payment Flows) B2B Marketing, you will support the growth of our B2B marketing capabilities, helping our sales and business development teams identify and close new business opportunities across three US teams: Corporate Solutions, Transfer Solutions, and Small and Medium Enterprises. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, agencies, sponsorship properties, and external industry partners to create compelling marketing activities, track and measure their effectiveness, and adjust our approach accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:• Event development and ownership: Deliver on and evolve the CNPF event attendance strategy for sales and business development teams including owned (e.g. MA sponsorship-led) and attended (e.g. trade and industry) experiences. Includes event creation, contracting, message and collateral development, sales engagement and collaboration, participation measurement and reporting.• Measurement and Alignment: Monitor campaign performance metrics across marketing initiatives, analyze outcomes, and develop optimizations to increase their effectiveness. Track and report on performance metrics for marketing programs and campaigns, ensuring engagement with business objectives.• Thought Leadership: Work with product, global marketing, sales/BD and research teams to outline and execute on key thought leadership needs to drive key messaging into the marketplace.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams including product, marketing operations, Sponsorships, Media, Communications, agency partners, legal, and sales to ensure seamless execution and compliance of marketing initiatives.• Identify Growth Opportunities: Partner with account managers to identify gaps and propose marketing solutions that drive results.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
