This full-time role is responsible for reviewing asset reports, online data, market trends, and original information on assets to determine a variety of values and to forecast market trends in areas.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Review broker price opinion reports, agent data, and appraisal reports
  • Research markets with online tools
  • Reconcile values for multiple types of valuation tasks; loan modifications, short sales, bulk sale reviews, foreclosure analysis, charge off analysis and other types of financial decisions needing a current asset value
  • Create reports and commentary in the CAM system
  • Track task completion through CAM task history
  • Provide clear and high-quality value summaries for clients within a timely manner
  • Pull reports and provide analysis on asset values and summaries for clients
  • Possible travel for site inspection of client properties and market research
  • Ability and willingness to cross train in other areas of the company
  • Must read, be familiar, and be compliant with the Company’s Information Security Manual, as well as additional e-mails, policies, procedures, and directives that comprise the overall Information Security policies as they are distributed
  • Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Associates or two-year college degree in a related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Entry-level support staff with 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Some experience in Real Estate appraising, real estate sales, mortgages, or class work in the real estate field preferred
  • Ability to gather, research, compare, and analyze complex data and develop clear logical interpretation and application
  • Attention to detail in the review and data entry of information from documents
  • Attention to detail resulting in accurate, clear and professionally formatted reports and/or correspondence for both internal and external clients
  • Ability to compose professional correspondence independently for internal communications only; requiring senior level review for external clients
  • Ability to conduct web-based research finding sites and information independently
  • Exercises good judgment with access to confidential borrower data (SSN)
  • Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills required for internal and external clients
  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • Makes some independent task level or loan level decisions after research and within delegated authority levels
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to research, question, and apply information
  • Independently organizes, tracks, and prioritizes assigned work including managing internal and external requests effectively and within acceptable timelines
  • Maintains a positive attitude
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Ability to work overtime including weekends as necessary to support and fulfill client timeline requirements

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$25.00 - $28.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
