Licensed In-Club Partnership Agreements
- Act as the single point of intake for all licensed in-club partnership requests, including supporting Swim School operators and existing in-club (non-real estate) licensees, received from clubs, operators, or above-club leadership.
- Qualify each request against club suitability, available space and the current partnership terms structure before it advances.
- Route requests to Legal for agreement drafting and review, coordinate redlines between the operator and internal stakeholders, and track each agreement through to full execution.
- Maintain a current register of all active licensed partnership agreements, including operator, club, effective date, fee or revenue share structure, and expiration date, and initiate the renewal process ahead of expiration.
- Partner with club and above-club leadership on operator compliance with agreed in-club standards, and escalate unresolved issues to the Director, Corporate Group Sales.
- Serve as the ongoing relationship contact for licensed partners and coordinate internally on billing, reporting and issue resolution.

- Maintain and update Salesforce timely and accurately with all account activity, renewal stages, agreement status and client communication.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators for the assigned portfolio, including retention rate, re-sign volume and EFT Set Up against budget.
