Description

Stampli is building finance software in a new way: AI-native, grounded in real financial workflows, and shaped by people who understand the work deeply.

We are looking for entrepreneurs with deep finance, fintech and ERP experience who bring strong product judgment.

This role is for people who have lived finance systems complexity firsthand and want to use that experience to build product. You might come from finance transformation, ERP, consulting, operations, or fintech. What matters is that you understand where workflows fall short, where controls matter, how better systems should work, and how product decisions create business value.

At Stampli, AI-native tools are part of how we build. This role is a chance to turn finance and ERP insight into product faster, with more context and better judgment than traditional product development allows. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the Bay Area and Israel.

What You Will Do
  • Find high-value opportunities in fintech and ERP workflows that should be redesigned, not just improved
  • Shape those opportunities into clear product direction with strong user and business value
  • Define workflow logic, edge cases, controls, exceptions, and handoffs
  • Decide what should be automated and what should remain human-driven
  • Work with engineering, design, data and marketing to build and ship new capabilities
  • Test ideas with customers, learn quickly, and refine fast
  • Own the path from problem identification to customer value and business impact
What You Will Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in finance, fintech, or ERP financial systems
  • Deep understanding of financial workflows, ERP systems, and finance operations
  • Hands-on experience using AI-native tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools to prototype, automate, analyze, and build
  • A track record of building and launching new initiatives and redesigning how work gets done
  • Systems thinking and the ability to turn complex workflows into clear product logic
  • Product sense across user experience, workflow design, automation, controls, and tradeoffs
  • Business judgment and the ability to connect product decisions to customer value, adoption, differentiation, and monetization
  • Clear communication, structured thinking, and strong ownership
You Will Get
  • The flexibility of working from our Mountain View, CA office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with the option to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
  • Full medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) + employer match
  • Access to cutting-edge AI tools, including ChatGPT Enterprise, to enhance productivity, support innovation, and streamline daily workflows
  • Opportunities and development for career and personal growth
  • Strong and experienced leadership that supports your growth and success
  • An open-concept, modern workspace within an inclusive and dynamic scale-up culture

The base salary range for this position is $170K-$190K + bonus + equity. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
