Join our Project Delivery team as a Senior Business Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide, strategic initiatives while leading the standardization and maturity of our business analysis practice. You will act as the business requirements expert on cross-functional project teams, ensuring the clear translation of business needs and enabling quality and efficient project delivery. This position is ideal for a seasoned analyst who thrives in cross-functional environments, is passionate about process improvement, and is ready to elevate our business analysis discipline to the next level.

Responsibilities

Strategic Project Delivery

  • Seek to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to business challenges
  • Partner with Project Managers and technical leads to devise discovery strategies, facilitate workshops, elicit requirements from stakeholders, map current and future state processes, and resolve conflicting requirements
  • Elicit, analyze, categorize, and prioritize business requirements using interviews, workshops, process mapping, and other best-practice techniques
  • Document requirements in a clear and concise manner, ensuring they are understandable to both business and technical teams
  • Produce and maintain analysis artifacts and documentation, including user stories, process diagrams, wireframes, user communications, test cases, and knowledge articles
  • Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle, validating alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with technical leads and project managers to assess feasibility and translate requirements into clear acceptance criteria
  • Coordinate and support QA and User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet verified requirements and business satisfaction
  • Support change enablement and transition activities to ensure successful adoption of new solutions

Business Analysis Practice Leadership

  • Lead the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies, tools, and templates across the organization
  • Lead the BA Community of Practice, coordinating discussion around relevant topics and facilitating knowledge sharing across a diverse community of Business Analysts
  • Mentor and coach other business analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing
  • Identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct experience as a business analyst, preferably in an enterprise or IT setting
  • Familiarity with the IIBA Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK) and its Agile Extension
  • Demonstrated expertise in business analysis frameworks, requirements management, and process improvement
  • Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority, driving consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Experience working on Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid projects
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools (such as Microsoft Visio, LucidChart) and business analysis artifacts (such as use cases, user stories, business rules)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Bachelor’s degree

Recommended Qualifications

  • Experience leading business analysis practice development
  • Training and/or certification in business analysis (such as IIBA’s CBAP or AAC, PMI-PBA)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow and/or Microsoft Power Platform)
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and digital adoption tools

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$72,800$135,200 USD
