We are AI Native

We are building an AI native company where AI is an integral part of how we build and operate. AI tool usage during interviews varies by role. You may be asked to demonstrate proficiency with AI tools, discuss how you leverage AI, or complete interview exercises without AI assistance. Your Recruiter will provide clear guidance as you move through the interview process.

Undisclosed use of AI not previously discussed with or approved by your Recruiter may impact your candidacy.

About The Team

Life360 Ads is our advertising business. We help advertisers reach relevant audiences across screens, informed by our direct, ongoing relationship with Life360 members. Ads Marketing makes that value clear. We are product marketers, creatives, content and brand people, and event builders, and we work side by side with sellers every day. We say what we think, we move fast, and we judge ourselves by whether our work brings advertisers into the conversation. If you like building from the ground up and seeing your work show up in real deals, you'll fit right in.

About the Job

Advertisers get pitched all day. The Sr. Demand Generation Associate builds the system that makes Life360 Ads easy to find, easy to trust, and easy to talk to. You own the path from a first search or click to a sales conversation: website and landing-page operations, search, lead capture and routing, and email and LinkedIn campaign delivery. You'll partner with the Content Manager, who owns the message and editorial calendar, and with sellers, who follow up with buyers and tell you what is working.

Here is the honest starting point. We have HubSpot, but today it mostly runs website forms. We don't yet have a consistent lead process or clear handoff to sellers. You will build this in stages with the Senior Director, Sales, and Sales Operations. First, make forms, seller handoff, event follow-up, essential website updates, and basic reporting reliable. Next, launch focused account campaigns, email follow-up, and selected paid campaigns. Add more advanced scoring, search improvements, and testing as the basics work and buyer activity supports them. You'll report to the Senior Director of Ads Marketing. The Senior Director and events team handle paid media relationships and negotiations with industry partners; you support campaign tracking and buyer follow-up.

For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $102k - 152k USD. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You'll Do
  • Build our first lead process with Sales: agree on lead stages, buyer fit, a qualified opportunity, follow-up timing, and routing. Start with simple rules and clear next steps; introduce more advanced scoring when useful data is available.
  • Own Marketing's use of HubSpot and the lead handoff into Salesforce. Partner with Sales Operations and system administrators on integration, permissions, account ownership, data quality, and reporting. Coordinate changes with the teams that control the systems.
  • Own Life360 Ads website and landing-page operations. Build and improve pages within the available tools, partnering with life360.com owners, developers, and agencies for technical work. Content owns the words and Design owns the visual assets; you own forms, testing, tracking, and conversion.
  • Lead search-engine optimization (SEO) for Life360 Ads. Prioritize keyword strategy, useful page structure, and on-page improvements, and brief developers on technical fixes and structured data. Sequence the work against buyer needs and available support.
  • Improve visibility in AI search: work with Content on clear, accurate pages that answer advertiser questions, coordinate technical improvements, and track observable citations and referrals. Use what we learn to improve; placement in AI answers is not guaranteed.
  • Plan, run, and improve selected paid search and LinkedIn lead-generation campaigns, with priorities and spending agreed with the Senior Director. Establish reliable tracking and Sales follow-up before expanding.
  • Own email and LinkedIn campaign operations: audiences, lists, sends, forms, ad accounts, testing, and reporting. The Content Manager owns the message and editorial calendar. Agree on campaign goals and timing together.
  • Build useful campaign pages and forms, using gated content where it serves a clear purpose. Make sure event and website inquiries reach the right seller and receive timely follow-up.
  • Support account-based campaigns aimed at named brands and agencies.
  • Set up tracking and practical dashboards with Sales Operations. Check lead capture and follow-up weekly; report monthly on lead quality, sales conversations, qualified opportunities, and campaign spending. Use cost per lead as one measure, not the main definition of success. Explain the results and recommend what to improve.
  • Test pages, offers, and campaigns. Do more of what works and stop what doesn't.
  • Meet with sellers regularly to hear what is working and fix what is not.
  • Work with Content, Product Marketing, Design, Events, and PR on a shared campaign schedule. Partner with life360.com owners, developers, and Sales Operations on technical delivery. Make support needs and dependencies clear before committing to timelines.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in B2B demand gen, marketing operations, or digital marketing, with a track record of measurable lead and pipeline growth.
  • Builder's track record: you have set up lead scoring, routing, and nurture programs in HubSpot yourself, and you can show us.
  • Hands-on HubSpot and Salesforce skills, including how data moves between them.
  • Website ownership: you have managed a website and built landing pages, and you know how to brief and check the work of developers and agencies.
  • SEO foundation: keyword strategy, on-page and technical SEO, site structure, and structured data, with results you can show.
  • AI search know-how: you understand how AI tools find and cite content, and you have shaped content to improve visibility in them.
  • Paid search and LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience, with results you can show.
  • AI-native operator: you use AI tools in your daily work (research, analysis, reporting, building) and can guide them to produce work that fits the brand.
  • Data-driven decision maker who can build dashboards, spot problems early, and explain what the numbers mean for the business.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and an SEO tool such as Ahrefs or Semrush (or equivalent).
  • Strong cross-functional partner who works well with Sales, Content, Creative, Events, and PR, and can influence priorities without direct authority.
  • Clear, confident communicator who explains technical things in plain words to sellers and non-technical teammates.
  • Experience marketing to advertisers or in media, and account-based marketing experience, are strong pluses.
Our Benefits
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans (100% paid for employees)
  • Paid parental leave
  • 401(k) plan with company matching program
  • Mental Wellness Program & Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental well-being
  • Generous time off: flexible PTO, companywide holidays throughout the year plus summer and winter shutdowns
  • Learning & Development programs
  • Equipment, tools, and reimbursement support for a productive remote environment
  • Free Life360 Platinum Membership and Tile trackers
Life360 Values

  • Be a Good Person: We have a team of high integrity people you can trust.
  • Be Direct With Respect: We communicate directly, even when it's hard.
  • Members Before Metrics: We focus on building an exceptional experience for families.
  • High Intensity, High Impact: We do whatever it takes to get the job done.

We encourage people of all backgrounds to apply. We believe that a diversity of perspectives and experiences create a foundation for the best ideas. Come join us in building something meaningful. Even if you don't meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying!
