About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to take the lead on our existing Growth Marketing foundation. As a new addition to the marketing team, you’ll own campaigns end-to-end—from strategy to execution to reporting— with the primary objective of directly influencing pipeline and revenue.

This is a build and scale role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and is comfortable being both strategic and tactical in a high-growth cybersecurity startup.

Note: While this is a 100% remote position, we're prioritizing candidates based in the Greater Boston, Austin, or Maryland area.

What You’ll DoBuild the Demand Engine
  • Design and execute multi-channel demand gen campaigns (email, paid, content, webinars, events)
  • Create campaign frameworks aligned to company ICP and verticals.
  • Launch and iterate nurture programs across the lead lifecycle in multiple segments
Pipeline & Sales Alignment
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to define MQL/SQL criteria and follow-up processes
  • Support target account and early ABM-style programs for enterprise prospects
  • Enable sales with campaign context, messaging, and content
Performance Marketing
  • Own paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting) with a test-and-learn mindset
  • Build and optimize landing pages and conversion flows
  • Manage budget and continuously improve CPL, conversion, and pipeline impact
Analytics & Reporting
  • Set up dashboards and attribution in HubSpot/Marketo + Salesforce
  • Track pipeline influenced/generated, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Use data to inform messaging, targeting, and channel investment
Startup-Focused Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Marketing on positioning and launch campaigns
  • Work with Content and Product to translate technical value into compelling offers
  • Provide feedback loops from prospects and customers to product marketing and leadership
What You’ll Bring
  • Have 5+ years of B2B demand gen or growth marketing experience
  • Have marketed technical products like cybersecurity, SaaS, dev tools, or infrastructure
  • Have built campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce
  • Comfortability robust marketing technology stack (Clay, Common Room, Fibbler, Tofu, Canva)
  • Are highly data-driven and can tie campaigns directly to pipeline and revenue
  • Thrive in scrappy, fast-moving startup & scaleup environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus)
  • Cybersecurity industry familiarity or experience marketing to technical buyers
  • Event or field marketing experience
  • Copywriting or technical content skills
