Lead frontend development using React.js and TypeScript, design component-driven architecture and design systems, enforce best practices, optimize performance and accessibility, integrate with REST/GraphQL backends, implement testing and CI/CD, and collaborate with product and design teams.
- 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with 3+ years using React.js.
- Implement frontend solutions using React.js, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Expertise in state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or MobX).
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component-driven development, and design systems.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Strong familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and version control (Git/GitHub).
- Define and enforce best practices in frontend development, including performance optimization, accessibility, maintainability, and security.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business and UX requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish and maintain frontend architecture standards, component libraries, and design systems.
- Ensure seamless integration with backend APIs (REST or GraphQL) and microservices.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and roadmap development.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Understanding of performance optimization, web accessibility (a11y), and cross-browser compatibility.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively recommend improvements to frontend workflows and processes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- Good to have - Experience with Next.js, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and Static Site Generation (SSG).
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 38,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 133,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
