Sr DevOps Engineer

Sunnyvale, CA

3 Months Contract or Direct Fulltime


The Basic Job Requirements 

BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

Experience managing Cloud Systems.

Familiarity with all layers of the OSI.

5+ years working in Linux environments (Ubuntu preferred)

4+ years building tools with at least one of the programming languages ( Python prefered)

4+ years' experience architecting and administering Databases (i.e Postgres,MySQL)

3+ years' experience with caching technologies (i.e. Memcache, Redis)

Experience with system automation and deployment tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible)

An understanding of modern build tools like Jenkins

Experience with AWS and AWS provided tools (Cloud formation, OpsWorks etc.)

Experience with monitoring/graphing tools (nagios, graphite etc.)

Experience with performance tuning and benchmarking for Cloud Systems
