Job Summary & Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Twelve or more years of software engineering experience, including at least two years designing and delivering complex systems as an architect and two years leading technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following: backend distributed systems, mobile application development, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript web platforms.
- Hands-on experience with emergent AI coding practices using LLM-based coding tools to accelerate design and implementation.
- Prior experience in native application architecture and deployment in a major cloud environment — Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Deep familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit, integration, and performance), and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, inspire teams, and drive innovative outcomes under tight timelines.

- Travel as needed to prospective clients and client locations up to 25%.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $110,000 to $137,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
