At the center of that ecosystem is Pollfish, our Research Management Platform, which enables clients to launch studies, access audiences, manage fieldwork, and generate insights efficiently.
The Opportunity

Research teams are under increasing pressure to move faster, automate manual work, improve data quality, and deliver better insights with fewer resources.
As Sr. Director of Product, you will define where we invest, how we differentiate, and how product strategy translates into measurable business outcomes. You'll help turn Prodege's unique assets—proprietary audiences, consumer engagement brands, operational expertise, and data signals—into a stronger competitive advantage.
What You'll Own:

  • Product operating discipline, including roadmap planning, launch readiness, and outcome measurement

  • Development and mentorship of Product Managers

  • Executive communication and cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Client Success

What Success Looks Like:

Within your first 6–12 months, you will:
  • Establish a clear product strategy and market positioning

  • Improve customer adoption and retention through stronger workflows and user experience

  • Deliver high-confidence roadmap initiatives tied to measurable business outcomes

  • Increase organizational alignment around product priorities and execution

  • Advance automation and AI capabilities that create meaningful customer value

  • Elevate the effectiveness and impact of the Product organization

What We're Looking For:
  • 12+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership of complex platforms or business-critical product areas

  • Experience owning products with clear commercial accountability, including revenue, adoption, retention, or operational efficiency goals

  • Strong track record defining strategy, making prioritization decisions, and driving execution in ambiguous environments

  • Experience leading and developing Product Management teams

  • Ability to balance long-term vision with practical delivery and measurable outcomes

  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills

Relevant Backgrounds:

We are open to leaders from:
  • Research technology and insights platforms

  • SaaS workflow software

  • Marketplace businesses

  • Data products

  • Martech and adtech platforms

  • Other commercially-driven platform businesses

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in market research, survey technology, audience, or panel-based businesses

  • Experience scaling self-service platforms with established customers and revenue

  • Experience modernizing legacy or operationally complex products into more scalable and customer-friendly experiences
