Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We're proud to work for a mission-driven company leveraging AI to transform the way we work. CrowdStrikers drive their careers through flexibility and autonomy while also being expected to contribute to a culture of responsible AI adoption, experimentation, and innovation. We use an AI-first mindset as a force multiplier to proactively and continuously accelerate execution, build expertise, uncover insights, and solve complex problems. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.
About the Role:
CrowdStrike’s Tailored Solutions team, nested within the Office of the CEO, operates at the critical intersection of strategic customer needs, cutting-edge platform evolution, and go-to-market execution. We are looking for a Director of Program Management to serve as a key deputy to the VP of Tailored Solutions.
You will be responsible for creating high-value, bespoke "white-glove" solutions for our most strategic accounts. This mission-critical role is fundamentally focused on translating these unique, high-touch requirements into repeatable, scalable platform growth loops.
Crucially, this role does not hold direct ownership of released products but is essential for leveraging strategic customer engagements to inform core engineering choices and transform the Falcon platform for its next phase of growth.
What You'll Do:
Drive the Tailored Solutions Strategy: Translate high-level insights from the Office of the CEO into a multi-year strategy that rigorously balances bespoke customer requirements with global platform scalability and maximum long-term return.
Design for Platform Growth: Develop strategic hypotheses, run targeted experiments with Tailored Solutions, and exert influence on core engineering and cross-module roadmaps to drive durable ARR growth.
Executive Advisor & Influencer: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and the CEO’s office. You will provide transparency into the strategic roadmap and manage expectations for CrowdStrike’s most strategic global relationships.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner closely with Adam, Christian, and Friends to identify and inform critical platform improvements necessary to deliver defenses against evolving threats, while collaborating with GTM teams to refine messaging for C-suite personas.
What You’ll Need:
Program Sense & User Obsession: Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating delightful, habit-forming user experiences. You think creatively about how to reduce friction and increase engagement at each touchpoint of the user journey.
Execution & Leadership: A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You take ownership from ideation through execution, align cross-functional teams, and can influence core engineering teams without formal authority. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.
The "White-Glove" Touch: Experience working with global customers. You can rapidly translate complex, high-stakes risks into robust technical designs, focusing on generating actionable requirements that inform core product development without losing the "customer-first" empathy and diluting the “so what” to the business.
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
