Job Overview:

Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs. Drive product enhancements, customer satisfaction, and sales opportunities by leading collaboration with cross-functional teams. Possess a deep understanding of HBM/DRAM/NAND market and technology. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of team including HQ at Korea. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected with strong communication skills reporting to top management. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to make purchases and know how to effectively address those needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual/quarterly/monthly sales quotas for customers; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Driving sales volume, product mix and contract price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
  • Actively driving impactful results and contribute to overarching goals/initiatives by effectively leading a team
  • Develop a plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal targets while aligning with the company’s sales policies and strategies
  • Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the sales team to develop their skill to ensure high professional standard is achieved and that monthly sales and KPI targets are met
  • Ensure targets are met by effectively managing people, conducting performance reviews, providing rewards, and offering individual recognitions
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them and drive changes accordingly
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
  • Provide daily reports of field sales success and communicate the voice of customers to superiors
  • Sell to both existing and potential direct accounts, while also providing sales support to distribution partners to help close orders and add value to the overall selling process
  • Continuously enhance knowledge and understanding of rapidly evolving business environment, applications, and competitive landscape
  • Develop, maintain and execute against DRAM/NAND sales plan
  • Robust understanding of internal and external product/technology roadmap to effectively guide customers in choosing the ideal technology and products for their needs
