The Role:

As the Senior Financial Analyst for the Logitech for Business (L4B) FP&A team, you will act as the lead financial strategist and P&L owner for our B2B organization.

In this highly collaborative role, you will hold full ownership of the P&L—from Direct Customer Sales down to Contribution Margin. • Empower Category Marketing & Pricing: Provide robust financial oversight for Category Marketing. You will lead global pricing analytics, scenario modeling, and performance tracking to optimize our competitive positioning and profitability.

  • Manage Financial Forecasting: Own and execute HQ-level forecast adjustments, ensuring high accuracy, agility, and alignment with broader corporate objectives.

  • Deliver Strategic Support: Act as a trusted financial advisor to category and product management leaders. You will provide advanced financial modeling and strategic business casing for special initiatives, product launches, and new business opportunities.

Your  Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Investment Banking. Prior experience supporting a B2B, hardware, or technology business is highly preferred.

  • Financial Modeling Expertise: Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills. You can build complex, dynamic models from scratch and synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable business insights.

  • Financial Planning and CRM System Experience: expertise in using various financial analytics tools such as OneStream, Hyperion Essbase, Analplan and Salesforce.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
