POSITION SUMMARY

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager of Paid Social, you will play a critical role in driving acquisition by executing, testing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, etc.) and programmatic channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Creative, and Product, to develop comprehensive tests and accelerate growth. You will also own and evolve our paid social AI workflows and insight reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile attribution and incrementality testing, and a track record of building robust experimentation roadmaps.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,849-$199,037, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This is a hybrid position in Mountain View that requires in-office work 2 days a week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Optimize marketing through data: Leverage data and insights to continuously refine campaigns, test new channels, and optimize creative performance, ensuring marketing strategies effectively drive incremental growth.
  • Lead experimentation and measurement: Develop, prioritize, and execute initiatives to drive new user acquisition, with a focus on creating structured measurement frameworks.
  • Plan and manage new product testing: Oversee campaign execution, forecasts, and growth experiments in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet efficiency and conversion targets for new product launches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Analytics, Creative, and Product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and objectives.
  • Drive creative testing and insights: Partner with Creative to develop and test ad concepts, maintain a structured creative learning agenda, and scale winning formats across channels.
  • Accelerate agentic workflows: Iterate on AI workflows to surface performance insights faster. Experience with creating agents/sub-agents is a strong plus.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, with 7+ years of hands-on experience in B2C growth marketing for a mobile-first company.
  • Proven experience in executing and optimizing campaigns across Paid Social and Programmatic channels.
  • Strong analytical skills (incrementality testing, MMM, marginal CAC, etc.) with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve performance.
  • Deep experience with mobile attribution and MMPs.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals.
  • Adept at presenting performance insights and strategies to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude to constantly test ideas and build new processes.
  • A genuine interest in helping build a financial system that works for everyone.
