As Console's first GTM recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for go-to-market roles, ensuring high standards and strong candidate engagement.
The summary above was generated by AI

Console is building the AI agents that power autonomous enterprises. We use AI to autonomously resolve IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Security, and Ops tasks the moment they come in from Slack or Teams. We're building toward a future where enterprise operations are fully autonomous; with no tickets, approvals, or manual processes slowing companies down.

Our platform enables companies like Databricks, Figma, and Cursor to delegate entire categories of work to AI agents that understands their org, takes action across systems, and gets smarter over time. We've raised $29M, backed by Thrive Capital (investors in OpenAI, Stripe, GitHub) and a small group of founders who have built category-defining companies.

We’re unusually selective about the people we work with. We hire builders who span functions, optimize for speed, and care deeply about their craft. We do not care about pedigree. We have a lot of work ahead of us. Join us.

The Role

As Console’s first GTM recruiting hire, you’ll build the playbook for how we attract and close go-to-market talent. Working alongside our founding recruiter and directly with GTM leaders, you’ll own the full lifecycle from sourcing through close across sales, marketing, growth, partnerships, and operations.

Hands-on and strategic. You’ll own your pipelines end-to-end across every GTM function, and your hiring decisions will directly shape what these teams look like as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from pipeline to close, in a market where strong candidates move fast

  • Partner with hiring managers to define what “great” looks like for each role and hold a high bar across every hire

  • Source, engage, and close candidates directly, driving the process from first outreach to signed offer

  • Work with our founding recruiter and GTM leaders to sharpen interview loops and level up how we evaluate talent

  • Make every candidate touchpoint reflect who we are: fast, thoughtful, and respectful of people’s time

What You Bring

  • 4+ years full-cycle recruiting with a track record of hiring across GTM disciplines (sales, marketing, growth, ops), ideally at startups or high-growth companies

  • Strong sourcer who knows how to cut through the noise and engage candidates who aren’t actively looking

  • Experience improving interview processes and evaluation frameworks, not just filling reqs but making the recruiting org better

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and figuring things out without a playbook

  • Clear, sharp communicator across writing, calls, and debriefs

Even Better

  • You’ve hired across multiple GTM functions at once and know how to context-switch between a brand designer and a sales leader in the same week

  • You’ve been an early recruiting hire at a company that scaled and know what it takes to build the machine, not just run it

  • You’ve designed GTM interview processes or evaluation frameworks from the ground up

Why join Console?
  • Product-market fit: We have built the leading product in our category, in a massive market. We've hit an inflection point and are on track to build a generational company.

  • World-class team: We seek high agency contributors who are comfortable navigating ambiguity, ruthlessly prioritize what matters and are action-biased.

  • Grow with us: We reward impact, not credentials or years of experience. We intend to grow talent from within as we scale up.

  • Competitive pay and benefits: top compensation with full benefits including:

    • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance

    • Unlimited PTO

    • 401(k)

    • Equity

    • Meals provided daily in office
