In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.


The IT Operations Specialist is a highly visible role responsible for delivering exceptional technology experiences for executive leadership and corporate events. This individual serves as the primary technology owner for executive meetings, town halls, board meetings, leadership summits, and other high-profile corporate events while also providing white-glove technical support to senior executives.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with outstanding communication and relationship management skills. Success in this role requires executive presence, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to partner effectively with executive support personnel, business leaders, and technical teams across global regions.

Executive Support:

  • Provide outstanding white-glove technical support to senior executives
  • Serve as a trusted technology advisor for executive meetings, presentations, travel, and critical business engagements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues with urgency and professionalism
  • Manage executive technology readiness by proactively monitoring devices, applications, meeting room technology, and collaboration tools
  • Coordinate with administrative assistants and executive support teams globally to ensure a seamless technology experience
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism.

Corporate Event Technology Ownership:

  • Own end-to-end technology execution for corporate events, leadership meetings, town halls, customer briefings, and executive broadcasts
  • Develop and manage detailed “Run of Show” event plans, readiness checklists and audio/video systems setup and verification
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, facilities teams, and production partners to ensure flawless event execution
  • Conduct technology rehearsals, risk assessments, and contingency planning for high-visibility events
  • Provide onsite and virtual event support, serving as the primary escalation point for technology-related issues
  • Monitor event performance and implement continuous improvements to enhance the attendee and presenter experience

Operational Excellence:

  • Drive incident resolution and problem management activities impacting executives and business-critical events
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and event standards
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and service optimization
  • Collaborate with infrastructure leaders to proactively address issues
  • Track and report service metrics, event outcomes, and executive support performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, executive support, and audio/visual technology.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives for a fast-paced global enterprise.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise collaboration technologies, meeting room systems, audio/video platforms, endpoint devices, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience planning and executing technology for high-profile corporate events.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Provide support outside standard business hours when required for corporate events and service interruptions.

Total Rewards

Base Pay Range: $137,800.00 - $202,133.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA
