As a Senior Lead Cybersecurity Architect at JPMorganChase within the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Business Information Security Officer (BISO) area, you will develop high-quality cybersecurity solutions for AI systems, integrations, data, and platform products. Your role will drive significant business impact through deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies, addressing diverse cybersecurity challenges across multiple technology domains.
Job responsibilities
  • Guide the evaluation of current cybersecurity principles, processes, and controls, and lead the assessment of new technologies using existing standards and frameworks.
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to recommend business modifications during periods of vulnerability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity architecture and threat modeling.
  • Contribute to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Influence peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies.
  • Foster a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Formal training or certification on cybersecurity architecture concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions and controls.
  • Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages or applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, applications, and technical processes.
  • Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently.
  • Practical cloud-native experience.
  • Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to recommend the best solutions for future state architecture.
