About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr. Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Wires and Me2me Product Management and Development team, part of the CBL Deposit Payments Group. This role reporting directly to the Head of Wires and Me2me Product Management will be responsible for the overall management of ALL CBL deposit payment types.

In this role, you will:
  • Work horizontally to drive the ALL CBL Deposit Payment roadmaps and strategies across all impacted channels and groups with customer first focus
  • Manage engagement with key internal stakeholders across the organization including Technology, Digital, Operations, Gov Relations, Payment Strategy, Independent Risk Management, and Legal
  • Manage engagement with key external stakeholders including partner banks, other financial services partners, the Trades, key vendors and more.
  • Working internally and externally with payment partners leading cross-functional teams delivering product strategies and enhancements across ALL channels and products
  • Aligning work to the CBL strategic plan, participating in big room planning efforts across groups, and identifying areas to work more efficiently.
  • Prioritize work to have maximum impact on customer experience to drive greater business impact
  • Ensure compliance with applicable internal policies and regulations
  • Collaborate with and influence stakeholders at various level across the organization from junior individuals to senior leaders and their directs
  • Conduct value-based analysis to optimize revenue, positive customer experiences, while reducing opportunities for fraud and scam loss
  • Act with a sense of urgency to maintain a daily pulse on change management and ensure business outcomes are being delivered
  • Ensure the highest impact work is continually being prioritized, development issues are quickly worked through, and that work is constantly being prioritized to focus on continuous improvement and delivery of business results.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Background and experience with ALL Consumer and Business Deposit products
  • Deep understanding of Fraud and Scams and strategies to protect customers and the financial industry
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements related to payment products ( e.g. Reg-E, UDAP)
  • Experience working across many payment industry partners to gain consensus on payment directions on key products like
    Zelle, Debit Card, ACH, Wire, Check, Instant Payments, Cash
  • Experience in agile environments that are delivered upon by numerous partner organizations
  • Financial services experience specifically in retail banking.
  • Expert verbal, written and presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate and broker agreements amongst
    diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
  • Strong Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to effectively communicate, create and deliver dynamic presentations to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to create clear and compelling presentations with exceptional strategic "storytelling" skills
  • Exceptional organization, coordination, and time management skills

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time

Salary Range:
Minnesota: $159,000-$279,000 annually
San Francisco: $175,000-$305,000 annually
Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
