Job Description

We are seeking a highly strategic and collaborative Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to lead annual and seasonal brand planning, develop compelling creative briefs, and drive cross-functional alignment to bring our brand narrative and positioning to life. This role ensures that all brand campaigns and seasonal marketing moments consistently reflect and reinforce the brand’s story, values, and identity. 

What you'll get to do:

Annual & Seasonal Planning 

  • Translate established brand strategy into actionable seasonal plans and integrated campaign frameworks. 
  • Lead development of the seasonal brand marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and brand narratives. 
  • Partner closely with leadership on annual planning cycles, contributing insights and recommendations that inform future strategies. 

Creative Briefing & Campaign Development 

  • Craft elevated, strategically grounded creative briefs that articulate campaign objectives, audience insights, and the intended brand expression. 
  • Guide internal creative teams and agencies through campaign development, ensuring the work embodies the brand’s identity with consistency and excellence. 
  • Steward the creative process from concept through final delivery, ensuring assets meet both seasonal needs and brand standards. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Act as a day-to-day leader across Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail, eCommerce, and Insights to ensure unified campaign execution. 
  • Drive cross-functional alignment throughout go-to-market processes, maintaining clarity, momentum, and connection to the seasonal strategy. 
  • Contribute to building future-ready workflows in partnership with senior leadership. 

Brand Expression & Governance 

  • Uphold the brand’s visual and verbal identity across all seasonal work. 
  • Ensure every campaign aligns with established positioning and brand strategy. 
  • Support leadership in refining tools and frameworks as the brand evolves. 

Insights & Continuous Improvement 

  • Leverage brand research, cultural insights, and performance data to inform seasonal narratives and optimize campaign development. 
  • Monitor brand KPIs at the seasonal level and translate learnings into actionable recommendations. 

Leadership & Team Development 

  • Partner closely with leadership on long-range planning and brand evolution. 
  • Contribute to a culture of creativity, accountability, and cross-functional partnership. 

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent years of experience preferred. 
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or brand strategy within a high-caliber consumer brand 
  • Demonstrated success leading seasonal or annual marketing initiatives with a strong strategic and creative lens 
  • Excellence in developing creative briefs, guiding creative development, and partnering with agencies or internal creative teams 
  • Strong analytical acumen paired with an ability to synthesize insights into compelling narratives 
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders 
  • Experience working with celebrity and professional athletes 
  • Ability to thrive within an elevated, fast-moving, brand-centric environment

The salary range for this role is  $137,700 per year - $176,610 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
