The Senior Manager, Broadband Product Marketing is responsible for leading a team that shapes product marketing strategy for T-Mobile's Home Internet portfolio, including Fiber, 5G Home Internet, the gateway and connected-home device lineup, and future broadband products, spanning both new product development and the performance of the existing portfolio.This role guides portfolio positioning, marketing-led roadmap inputs, value propositions, product narratives, target segments, opportunity sizing, business cases, and go-to-market strategies that help inform product development, launch planning, pricing and offer strategy, ARPU optimization, and acquisition marketing plans.
The Senior Manager will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Pricing & Offers, Integrated Marketing, Consumer Insights, Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, Market Research, Supply Chain, Sales, and channel teams to ensure Broadband products are positioned clearly, differentiated in market, and aligned to customer needs and business goals.
This leader will manage and develop Product Marketing team members, ensuring strong execution, clear prioritization, cross-functional alignment, and high-quality product marketing outputs.
The ideal candidate brings strong product marketing expertise, analytical rigor, commercial and financial acumen, people leadership, customer insight orientation, and the ability to translate market intelligence and product strategy into compelling portfolio narratives and go-to-market plans.
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in revamping the Broadband product portfolio and shaping marketing-led roadmap inputs, including customer needs, target segments, value propositions, product narratives, opportunity sizing, and go-to-market considerations for existing and future products, while tracking post-launch performance and managing the lifecycle of current products to keep the portfolio performing to plan.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers responsible for Broadband portfolio positioning, product narratives, go-to-market strategy, and launch readiness; ensure clear priorities, strong execution, and measurable team performance.
- Lead the team in evaluating consumer insights, competitive intelligence, market research, segmentation data, industry trends, and business performance to identify customer needs, market opportunities, product gaps, and portfolio recommendations.
- Lead the team's hardware and connected-home portfolio strategy, including the gateway lineup, mesh, accessories, and bundling mechanics; partner with Product, Engineering, and Supply Chain on feature sets, roadmap, forecasting, and fleet planning to deliver the product experience and drive incremental ARPU.
- Oversee business cases, financial models, and pricing and rate-plan strategy for new and existing products, pressure-testing ARPU and financial viability ahead of development. Partner across Product, Commercial, Pricing & Offers, Integrated Marketing, Acquisition Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Analytics, Insights, and channel teams to align portfolio, pricing, promotional, messaging, launch, and acquisition strategies to business objectives.
- Oversee creation of product marketing outputs and enablement materials, including product concepts, strategic briefs, positioning documents, launch narratives, consumer-facing messaging inputs, presentations, and channel-ready product content.
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Relationship Management - Strong relationship management, planning, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
- Strategic Thinking - Strategic and analytic thinker with the ability to fully understand the range of T-Mobile products and offers.
- People Leadership & Talent Development - Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop a team of product marketing managers, set clear priorities, and drive measurable performance.
- Commercial & Financial Acumen - Ability to build business cases, financial models, and pricing and ARPU strategies, and to pressure-test financial viability before investment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making - Skilled at setting KPIs and using consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data to guide portfolio decisions and track post-launch results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related work experience, or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent. Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science or related field.
- 7 years experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue
- 2 years supervisory and/or leadership experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
