Role Overview
Senior FP&A lead in California with a tightly scoped operational mandate: own FP&A for the US R&D lab, lead revenue management for the Hyperscaler customer segment, and act as US country controller for the US-listed entity.
Key Responsibilities
Own US R&D lab budgeting, forecasting, project-level cost tracking, and capex planning
Lead revenue management for Hyperscaler customers — pricing, contract economics, deal review, revenue recognition, customer profitability
Act as US country controller — own US entity close, statutory reporting, tax filings, audit support, and internal controls
Partner with US sales leadership on revenue forecasting, commission planning, and deal economics for Hyperscaler accounts
Support board reporting and investor relations content tied to US operations and the Hyperscaler segment
Drive long-range planning for US R&D investment and Hyperscaler revenue strategy
Drive automation across US FP&A and controllership processes
Required Qualifications (all mandatory)
CPA / CFA / MBA
10-15 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience
Tech industry FP&A / strategic finance experience OR engineering degree combined with an MBA
Ability to operate in a startup, unstructured, ambiguous environment
Strong operational FP&A experience — manufacturing, supply chain, or hardware cost analysis
Proven business partnering with operations and commercial leaders
Advanced financial modeling; comfort with large datasets
Preferred Qualifications
Technology / hardware / semiconductor / FMCG industry experience
Manufacturing cost accounting exposure
Track record of building and developing finance teams and processes from scratch.
US MNC experience — controller or senior finance leader inside a US-headquartered multinational
