Valimail, a DigiCert company, is helping build a more trusted digital world—starting with email. Valimail is a leader in Email Authentication as a Service. Built on open standards such as DMARC, DKIM, and SPF, Valimail pioneered automated email authentication to protect organizations from impersonation and fraud. Together, Valimail and DigiCert deliver scalable, automated trust—helping organizations operate securely today while preparing for what’s next.

If you’re excited about building meaningful security technology, shaping new categories, and working at the intersection of innovation and global impact, Valimail offers the opportunity to do exactly that.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Operations & Analytics to lead the execution of Valimail’s goto-market engine. This role owns prioritization, coordination, and delivery across GTM Operations, Analytics, and Systems, ensuring programs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and international markets launch on time with clear ownership and measurable outcomes. You will manage and mentor a team responsible for GTM execution and serve as the primary operational leader translating strategy into reliable, repeatable delivery. This is a high-ownership role for a manager-operator who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and is accountable for making GTM programs work in practice.

What you will do

  • Own day-to-day execution of GTM Operations & Analytics across direct sales, partner, cross-sell, ABX, and international motions.
    • Drive prioritization, intake, and sequencing of work across GTM systems, analytics, and operations.
    • Ensure GTM programs launch on schedule with defined dependencies, owners, and success metrics.
    • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering to deliver GTM initiatives.
    • Identify and remove operational friction impacting pipeline creation, conversion, expansion, or retention.
    • Resolve execution conflicts and unblock delivery while maintaining momentum.
    • Oversee delivery of GTM systems, automation, data workflows, attribution, scoring, and analytics.
    • Translate business questions into actionable insights and operational improvements.
    • Balance execution speed with system quality and long-term scalability.
    • Manage, mentor, and develop members of the GTM Operations & Analytics team.
    • Establish clear priorities, expectations, and operating rhythms.
    • Build execution discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
    • Ensure ongoing maintenance and improvement of Customer Success and support operations.
    • Protect existing revenue through reliable operational execution and system support.

What you will have

  • 8+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Several years of people management experience leading teams responsible for execution, not just strategy.
  • Proven track record delivering results across complex, multi-motion go-to-market environments.
  • Experience managing and scaling teams responsible for GTM systems, analytics, and operational delivery.
  • Strong ability to set priorities, make tradeoff decisions, and hold teams accountable in ambiguous environments.
  • Sound judgment balancing speed, quality, and cross-functional demands.
  • Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to align senior stakeholders and resolve execution conflicts.
  • Comfort operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating high-level goals into coordinated delivery.
  • Manager-operator mindset with a focus on building teams that consistently deliver outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting international go-to-market motions.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM tooling such as CRM, marketing automation, attribution, and analytics platforms.
  • Background working closely with Product and Engineering on GTM-related initiatives.
  • Experience in email security, SaaS infrastructure, or highly technical B2B products.
