Benefit Cosmetics is looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to help shape and deliver compensation, benefits, recognition, and rewards programs that support our people and our business. This role partners across People, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and business leadership to ensure our rewards programs are competitive, equitable, scalable, compliant, and easy to understand. The ideal candidate brings strong compensation expertise, analytical horsepower, operational excellence, and a people-first mindset—plus the ability to simplify complex programs and make Total Rewards feel unmistakably Benefit. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead and support compensation programs, including annual compensation planning, market pricing, salary structures, job evaluation, incentive planning, pay equity analysis, and compensation governance. 
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide thoughtful guidance on offers, promotions, adjustments, leveling, and compensation-related decisions. 
  • Support the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of benefits, recognition, wellbeing, and rewards programs that enhance the employee experience. 
  • Use data, benchmarking, and market insights to evaluate program competitiveness, identify risks and opportunities, and make clear recommendations to leadership. 
  • Partner with LVMH Compensation & Benefits partners to execute key compensation processes and ensure compensation plans and strategies are aligned. 
  • Partner with Finance on compensation budgets, workforce planning inputs, forecast assumptions, scenario modeling, and labor cost analysis. 
  • Create reports, dashboards, and executive-ready materials that help leaders understand rewards trends and make informed people decisions. 
  • Develop and maintain Total Rewards policies, tools, templates, process documentation, and employee- and manager-facing communications. 
  • Ensure rewards programs and processes are compliant, consistent, well-governed, and aligned with Benefit’s values and business priorities. 
  • Partner with vendors, consultants, auditors, and external advisors to support program delivery, benchmarking, compliance, and continuous improvement. 
  • Bring a bold, practical, and joyful approach to improving how employees and managers experience Total Rewards at Benefit. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, people analytics, HR operations, consulting, finance, or a related field. 
  • Strong compensation experience, including market pricing, salary structures, job evaluation, annual compensation cycles, incentive programs, and pay equity analysis. 
  • Experience supporting benefits, rewards, recognition, wellbeing, or employee experience programs preferred. 
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and leadership-ready materials. 
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with HRIS, compensation planning tools, survey platforms, dashboarding, and reporting systems. 
  • Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, or labor cost modeling. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences. 
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. 
  • High degree of discretion, confidentiality, integrity, and sound judgment. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 
  • CCP, CBP, SHRM, HRCI, or related certification a plus. 

 

Schedule: 

  • Hybrid – Onsite presence required at Benefit HQ 3x per week. 

The target salary range for this position is $115,000-$175,000 annually. The actual salary offered is based on market location and will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus. This position is also eligible for the following benefits, including but not limited to: comprehensive health, dental and vision plans; a 401(k) plan with employer matching, various paid time off programs; employee discounts/perks; life insurance; disability insurance; flexible spending accounts.
