Full-Time Salary Range: $136000 - $231200
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

As a Systems Engineering Lead you would be seeking new opportunities and applications for our state-of-the-art SIGINT Receivers. Primary duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide support to the product line in the development of State of the Art SDRs and SIGINT products.
- Creation and review of systems requirements to include: software, firmware, component, subsystem, and operational concepts of RF Technology.
- Supporting product design and development and leading the integration, and verification
- Manage and participate in trade studies, peer reviews, and customer meetings
- Support the preparation and delivery of technical presentations internally and for customer meetings.
- Allocation of requirements to engineering disciplines
- Creating system test plans, procedures and reports
- Duties performed on-site at the Dallas, Tx facility
- Travel at 10%

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Active DoD Secret Clearance and eligible to acquire Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline and 10+ years of experience in related field, 8+ years with Master's Degree
- Experience in the generation of requirements for the development of SDRs and SIGINT systems.
- Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system design and development, system integration and test).
- Experience in the development of test plans, procedures, schedules and reports in accordance with program and system requirements
- Experience with SRR, PDR, CDR and TRR development and presentation
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance, SCI Eligible
- Bid and proposal experience on RF systems
- RF, Radar, Electronic Warfare, SIGINT or Software Defined Radio experience
- Model based systems engineering principles with tools such as MagicDraw
