We are looking for product managers to help guide and chart a course for Grainger's enterprise systems and application development so that Grainger continues to be the destination for "the ones that get it done". This role will lead product strategy for Grainger's newly established Customer-Facing APIs team, defining the vision, roadmap, and product strategy for APIs that enable customers, partners, and third-party developers to seamlessly integrate with Grainger.
You will play a key role in shaping the future of eProcurement, Grainger's largest and fastest-growing order channel toward more scalable, self-service integrations, and end-to-end visibility across the ePro integration lifecycle.
You will work with engineering, design, and operations to develop and launch innovative aspects of a product. You are creative and highly analytical, able to work in a matrix organization, can synthesize a variety of technologies and capabilities into products and applications that customers love.
Success in this role will require you to deep dive in Grainger's end-to-end processes from intake, integration, order, invoice, and payment, ensuring solutions address root causes rather than layering on complexity. You will report to the Director, Product Management and will work on a hybrid basis out of our Chicago, IL office.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years product management or equivalent experience required
