Senior Product Manager, EG Advertising — Travel Supply Campaigns

Introduction to the Team:

Expedia Group Advertising (EGA) helps travel advertisers connect with travelers across Expedia Group brands and partner channels. As Senior Product Manager, you will shape how travel supply advertisers—from individual brands to multi-partner Co-Ops—bring lodging, air, and car inventory into relevant ad experiences. You’ll build campaigns around travelers’ destination, route, or pickup-location intent, using dynamic ads to connect partners' available supply with shopping moments beyond sponsored listings.

You will define how supply campaigns are planned, configured, delivered, and measured, from partner participation and supply data to creative, post-click journeys, and reporting. For Co-Op, you’ll simplify a multi-participant model and help enable partner self-service enrollment, while laying a scalable foundation for broader campaign planning and management. Across supply advertisers, you’ll advance intent-matched campaigns designed to merchandise relevant properties, routes, and rental options, and help advertisers understand the booking activity those campaigns generate. This work will help establish a reusable foundation across native and IAB display, reducing dependence on manually configured market-by-market campaigns as the platform evolves.

This role partners closely with product, engineering, analytics, machine learning, commercial, and advertising operations teams. You’ll connect the needs of individual advertisers and enterprise partners to the platform capabilities, operating models, and measurable outcomes needed to grow travel supply advertising at scale.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and execute the product strategy for travel-supply advertising campaigns, translating partner needs into scalable product outcomes.
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Expedia Group Advertising’s Co-Op channel, evolving it into a coordinated, end-to-end campaign experience across lodging, air, and car.
  • Translate advertiser, seller, partner, and internal needs into clear value propositions, priority use cases, scalable capabilities, and product decisions that reduce participation barriers.
  • Simplify the campaign lifecycle from planning and enrollment through configuration, creative and supply selection, launch, optimization, and reporting, including partner self-service enrollment.
  • Build guided, objective-led campaign configuration and creation experiences within an agentic AI workflow, while safely integrating and operating AI/ML-enabled solutions that improve campaign outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, design, analytics, machine learning, commercial, sales, advertising operations, campaign planning, advertiser portal, ad-serving, and reporting teams.
  • Define measurable outcomes and use customer research, product analytics, experimentation, and performance data to improve traveler relevance, advertiser value, conversion performance, scalability, and commercial feasibility.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years with a Masters, 8+ with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience leading product strategy and delivery from customer discovery through launch and iteration within digital advertising, ad technology, commerce, marketplaces, or another multi-sided platform business.
  • Experience owning products or capabilities that span complex, multi-party workflows, including self-service experiences, campaign planning or management, partner onboarding, or workflow automation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of advertising formats, targeting, measurement, attribution, campaign reporting, or performance optimization, with the ability to connect partner needs to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional product work across engineering, design, data, and operational or commercial teams, including alignment on scope, dependencies, decisions, and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience applying experimentation, advanced analytics, or machine learning to improve targeting, optimization, forecasting, personalization, or advertising effectiveness.
  • Experience scaling campaign products across multiple business verticals, supply types, or advertising channels while balancing advertiser value, shopper relevance, performance, and operational feasibility.
  • Demonstrated success simplifying complex enrollment, campaign configuration, optimization, and reporting workflows into clear, scalable self-service experiences.
  • Strong use of qualitative research, product analytics, experimentation, and performance metrics to guide prioritization and evaluate product results.
  • Experience shaping agentic AI or AI/ML-enabled product experiences that guide users through complex campaign planning and execution, with a focus on measurable performance improvement.
