As a Product Manager you will join the Mobility Ads team where we are working on both 1->10 and 0->1 bets. What the Candidate Will Do
 
  • Responsible for developing Ads products for the Mobility business

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, operations) to create innovative solutions for advertising

  • Drive revenue growth and enhance user engagement through successful ad products

  • Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve ad products

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key advertising partners to drive business growth

  • Monitor and report on ad performance, making recommendations for optimizations and improvements

Basic Qualifications
 
  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of successfully delivering products in the consumer and/or ads space.
  • Demonstrated experience building ads products and driving measurable business growth.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to partner effectively across engineering, design, data science, and business teams to bring products to life.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy, priorities, and decisions to a range of stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret metrics, identify insights, and use data to inform product decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead product development from strategy through execution and successful launch.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Domain expertise in digital advertising businesses
  • Passionate about Uber’s mission, our products, and the company’s hybrid technology/operations nature
  • Strategic 0-to-1 experience: Generating innovative ideas for new product areas and incorporating customer feedback into long-term visions.
  • Global experience: Building and launching products that bridge digital and physical worlds across diverse regional contexts.
Responsibilities

For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $190,000 per year - USD $211,000 per year.


For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $190,000 per year - USD $211,000 per year.


For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $190,000 per year - USD $211,000 per year.


For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
