Sr. Product Marketing Manager

San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Magnitude (formerly Archer Faris) is pioneering the world's first 100% multi-agent approach to enterprise security, starting with Third-Party Risk Management, a domain that is mission critical, deeply human, and notoriously broken. Founded by security and AI leaders from Abnormal Security, Amazon Alexa, Proofpoint, and other iconic companies, we are well-funded and entering the market at a moment of significant tailwind. The window to shape how this category gets defined is open right now.
We have an opportunity for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager who can build that story from the ground up and make sure it lands with the buyers who need to hear it most.
In this role you will sit at the intersection of product, sales, and market. You'll translate what our multi-agent platform actually does into language that resonates with enterprise security buyers, keeping the message sharp, consistent, and grounded in what the product genuinely delivers. You'll work closely with product, sales, and leadership to develop positioning, messaging, and content that reflects the reality of what Magnitude does. You'll track the competitive landscape, understand how buyers think about third-party AI risk and governance/compliance, and produce the message and materials that help our GTM team close more deals.
To thrive in this role you must be a strong writer who thinks like a strategist. You ask why before you write, and you know that the best positioning is honest, specific, and grounded in what buyers actually care about. You're comfortable with ambiguity, energized by early-stage environments, and motivated by the challenge of making something genuinely new feel immediately understood.
The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will own core positioning and messaging, develop sales enablement assets, and build the content foundation that supports our go-to-market motion as we emerge from stealth. This role reports into marketing leadership and works cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and the Executive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Magnitude's core positioning and messaging framework, including value propositions by persona, use case, and competitive context

  • Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for CISOs, CROs, VPs of Third-Party Risk, and procurement stakeholders

  • Own the competitive intelligence function, tracking the TPRM, AI governance, and agentic security landscape and producing analysis the sales team can actually use

  • Build and maintain a library of sales enablement assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, objection handling guides, and talk tracks

  • Partner with the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager on campaign messaging, content strategy, and integrated GTM programs

  • Collaborate with Product to develop launch materials for new features and capabilities, ensuring external messaging reflects product reality

  • Support the development of customer-facing content including case studies+videos, solution briefs, white papers, ROI calculations, social posts, and website copy. Lead webinars as the SME and speak at trade shows/events

  • Contribute to a written culture by producing work that is clear, precise, and built to be used. Leverage AI and build agents where appropriate

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ownership of positioning, messaging, or launch work

  • Exceptional written communication, with the ability to simplify complex ideas without losing accuracy

  • Strong instincts for the enterprise buyer, how they think, what they fear, and what actually moves them to act

  • Experience collaborating closely with product and sales teams on both strategic and executional work

  • Intellectual curiosity about the security, risk, and AI landscape, and the drive to develop genuine expertise

  • High agency, with a track record of producing quality work without close direction and improving it without being asked

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in cybersecurity, TPRM/GRC, risk management, or adjacent enterprise security categories

  • Familiarity with third-party risk management, vendor security, or AI governance concepts

  • Background at a high-growth, venture-backed startup, particularly at an early or formative stage

  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles (PLG experience is a plus) and demonstrated ability to build messaging frameworks and enablement assets that sales teams actually want to use

  • Experience supporting a company through a rebrand, category creation, or market entry

  • Comfort operating in a written-first culture where clarity of thought and communication are evaluated equally

Compensation: Base Salary + Equity: Competitive compensation commensurate with experience + meaningful equity + full benefits

The compensation range posted for this position is estimated based on the needs and location of the role. An individual's unique offered compensation may be higher or lower depending on their experience and fit for the role.
