Job Summary 

Enable is the leading rebate and pricing management platform helping businesses optimize trading programs and drive profitable growth. Following our acquisition of Flintfox's price management and execution engine, we are expanding our pricing capabilities to offer more robust commercial solutions. We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to help us bring our price management and execution engine product line to market and drive customer adoption.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Enable’s price management and execution engine will develop and execute go-to-market strategies that position our pricing solutions effectively in the market. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B pricing strategies, competitive intelligence, and market analysis. Ideal candidates will have experience in pricing software, ERPs, or related industry domain.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for Enable’s price management and execution engine product line, focusing on positioning, messaging, and differentiation.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand the pricing solutions landscape, identifying gaps and opportunities to influence product strategy.

  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to create compelling product narratives and enablement materials tailored to the Enable’s pricing solutions.

  • Drive strategies to engage key industry verticals and increase market penetration for pricing solutions.

  • Lead customer and prospect interviews to gather voice-of-customer insights related to pricing challenges and needs.

  • Own the end-to-end process for product launches and commercialization of pricing product lines, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure success.

  • Collaborate with product marketing peers to develop holistic messaging that supports the broader commercial optimization vision and GTM strategy for pricing.

  • Advocate for customer and market needs within the product development process, influencing roadmap prioritization based on insights from market research and customer feedback.

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies through key performance indicators (KPIs), using insights to optimize future initiatives.

  • Present insights, updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to ensure alignment on pricing strategy and roadmap priorities.

  • Strategic Product Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B pricing solutions, including positioning, messaging, and differentiation.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Skilled at conducting voice-of-customer interviews, gathering insights, and integrating feedback into product and marketing strategies.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing strategies and adjust approaches as needed.

  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to craft clear, compelling narratives and present insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Project and Launch Management: Capable of managing the full lifecycle of product launches, from planning and execution to performance tracking and optimization.

  • Roadmap Influence: Ability to advocate for customer needs and market insights within the product development process, shaping roadmap priorities.

  • Content Creation and Storytelling: Skilled at developing customer-facing assets, such as presentations, case studies, and product sheets, to effectively communicate the value of pricing solutions.

  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, proactively addressing challenges, and continuously refining strategies based on market feedback.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS, pricing software solutions, or commercial optimization platforms.

  •  Demonstrated experience leading go-to-market strategies and product launches for complex software products.

  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a distributed, remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and effective time management.

  • Hands-on experience with product marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and familiarity with pricing solutions, ERPs, and CRMs.

  • Strong background in competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights, with the ability to influence roadmap prioritization and product strategy.

  • Technical expertise to translate complex product details into clear, compelling messages for both internal and external audiences.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and presenting to senior leadership.

Travel

  • 15 - 25% and/or as needed for corporate and industry events.
