TITLE: Sr. Project Manager (Enterprise)
LOCATION: Jacksonville, FL or New York City (hybrid)
SALARY: $115,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus (based on Jacksonville, will be adjusted for geo)
The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead large, enterprise software implementation projects. You will collaborate as a senior member of the Client Operations team to oversee and drive product implementations of the Canoe platform. Your goal is to demonstrate Canoe's value and guide clients to receive maximum value realization. This will include creating, executing, and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, allocations and a project team delivering value based services to drive their successful adoption of Canoe's technology. Prior experience running large enterprise level projects as part of a Fintech vendor managing budget, schedule and stakeholder management is required.
What You'll Do:
  • Planning and execution: Create and implement project plans, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Leadership: Mentor team members, and providing direction and support to the team while managing project teams
  • Communication: Proactively communicate with stakeholders, sponsors, and project teams, and establish clear communication with clients, team members, and senior leadership
  • Project management: Working on multiple projects simultaneously, and being able to balance and prioritize multiple projects and priorities
  • Teamwork: Be a team player who can effectively interact with staff and management at all levels
  • Risk assessment: Assess risks and develop/maintain plans for mitigation
  • Quality control: Ensure quality control of project tasks
  • Documentation: Document project artifacts (BRD, RAID, Workflow Diagrams, etc.,)
  • Reporting: Provide regular project status updates and project reporting and feedback to the team, leadership and client stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years experience leading large, enterprise client implementations as a software vendor working with financial institutions.
  • Analytical, data-driven, detail oriented, and resourceful
  • Expert communication skills with the ability to communicate at an executive level.
  • Ownership across a portfolio of deliverables and relationships
  • Client-centric; a genuine interest to deliver results for customers
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative environment, sharing best practices, and supporting teammates
  • Familiarity and experience with Financial Technology (Alts experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • CSM, PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
  • Must reside in either the NYC metro area or Jacksonville, FL
  • Travel may be required, up to 25%
